The arrest came after the female victim reported that she had been sexually assaulted while visiting the suspects home. The victim in this case is less than 16 years old.
Upon being interviewed by the deputies admitted her involvement in this crime and said that the encounter was "consentual"
The suspect in this case is identified as Brandy Franklin age 21 of Fox Lake Rd Smithville and she is currently currently incarcerated the Wayne County Jail.
