Today Jerrod Metsker, 25, of 5912 Akron Road, entered guilty pleas to the charges of murder, rape and kidnapping of 9 year old Reann Murphy of Smithville. Metsker admitted to committing the acts and was sentenced to two life sentences in prison without the possibility of parole.
