Three to face charges after selling alcohol to underage buyers

On Saturday January 4th , 2014 , Deputes conducted alcohol compliance checks . Deputies checked a total of 14 establishments using two underage (age 18 and 20) persons as buyers.
Out of the fourteen locations, three sold beer to the buyers without checking their age.

Reports were completed and will be forwarded to the Wayne County Prosecutors Office for charges against the persons who sold the alcohol.
