Sheriff Receives $1000.00 for K9 project.

Jim Miller and Teri Magyar present Sheriff Hutchinson with $1000.00 donation.
Just days after the announcement of fundraising efforts to support a new K9 for the Sheriff’s Office a local business has made a large donation.
John Bowling owner of RAYCO Manufacturing made a donation of $1000.00 to the K9 fund. “I see this as a worthwhile cause and wanted to be part of the project” Mr. Bowling said.

Sheriff Travis Hutchinson was on hand to accept the check and stated that he was humbled by the generous donation. “I applaud Mr. Bowling and the staff at RAYCO for their willingness to be the leaders in this project and feel that this donation is the first of many” said the Sheriff.

The sheriff continued and stated that “any size donation to the Sheriff’s K-9 Fund Community Project is welcome, from individuals or businesses, with the goal to raise $15,000 through May. All donations are tax deductible and will be held in a county account earmarked specifically for the K-9 unit”.
