Over 100 officers receive training on the topic of missing children.

Today over 100 officers from around the area attended training that was hosted by the Wooster Police Department and the Wayne County Sheriff's office. Craig Hill, the national director of crime prevention at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children provided the instruction on the topic of responding to abducted and missing children.

Officers in attendance were reminded the importance of being prepared for calls of this nature as time is critical in these cases.
